And I am : another happy Manne owner with his signature “il coda” (my nickname).
I will not fool around. Let’s go directly to the point….
I wished for a raw guitar, rude but elegant, with warmth but a clangy tone and tight percussive bass.
After testing practically all of the guitars in the Manne showroom, Andrea understood immediately my playing and I let him go with his experence and creativity (but a bit some kind of crazyness too!).
A day … “voilà”! Ready!.
The fist impression, putting my hands on the fast and confortable neck is easy and pleasing. Very accurate and in tune to the 24th fret.
All is so familiar!
The set neck supplies a smooth nice sustain and is very accessible up to the end.
The reverse headstock gives me more enchanting bass compared to standard headstocks.
Pick-ups and controls are very flexible.
Both with fingers or a pick there is a wide tonal response from the bridge to the neck, different dynamics and nouances .
With the P90 at bridge, I get a veeeeery boosted sound that is perfect to take to the limit to any amp. Single coil at neck….: chills me!

Ahhh . I forgot…
It is beautifull to play a Manne while standing : the shape and the strap pin positions give perfect control, balance and comfort without feeling there is too much weight on the right or the left. Too easy and comfortable. Check it out for yourself!.
