I’m Claudio Rudella, a guitar player that in the early 90’s custom-ordered from Mr. Manne a guitar that I consider revolutionary, at least among Manne production.
It’s the classic Manne shape reversed with a volume knob and 3 way selector nested into circular grooves that looks like the Les Paul round plasticsurrounds but are actually wood-worked with natural finish.
The bridge was the italian acclaimed Alec-B with rollers and ultra-smooth action.
The body top is Canadian maple with a sunburst finish.
The headstock is (the first at that time) reversed and has two levels with 2 different colors
The tone is in between a heavy Strat and a kicking Les Paul. The body grants brillance but with a good solid bass response, perfect for my rock band.
This guitar has been used for hundreds of concerts and many of my recordings, as well for tribute concerts to Zeppelin, Queen and Papa Roach.
